The network version of QuestionMaster 2 is of great use for assisting Probationers taking the Initial Police Learning and Development Programme ( IPLDP ). Trainers love the fact that a full statistical breakdown and complete audit trail is available for each and every user to quantify the IPLDP program.

How does it work? Training Schools buy QuestionMaster 2 licenses from ICAL for its candidates. ICAL then send the CDs to the training school and when you receive them you are free to distribute them to candidates. The candidates get full use of the program up to a date after their exam when the program will stop working on each of the candidates computers.
After the exam you can renew your library licences for the next exam. We then send you a new set of CDs with the latest program and questions ready for you to distribute to a new set of candidates.
The great advantage of the Library Edition is the Training School owns the licenses not the candidates. So after the exam you can renew your licenses and redistribute the questions to your new candidates. Renewing licenses is much cheaper than buying products fresh each time round. Another advantage is when you receive the CDs from us and distribute them, it is up to you whether you give them out to your candidates for free, or for a charge. But the possibility exists for you to make some money back.
